Nothing too much trouble, the venue met needs, 100% recommend it. New-fashioned and fashionable room, had things I needed. The location of the hotel was central, short walk to a church that rings bells late unto the night as well as the center inbetween the two largest " plazas ". There was Tortas Willys nearby to grab something to eat.

Modern room, with a balcony, very friendly staff. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe in the bedroom. The amazing and favourable location for the price, really close to vivacious historic center, and a church that rings bells late unto the night and early early morning. Also, to the main plaza.

The a double room was reasonably large with beautiful balcony view. The staff were superfriendly and amicable in case of questions. The location was amazing and fantastic - just 5 minutes' walk from Museo Regional. Besides, it was very close to the center of two main plazas as well as historical attractions.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the colonial city. I loved being able to step out of the hotel and be surrounded by the historic district. It truly added to the charm of my stay. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were exceptional. From the moment I arrived, they provided excellent service and were always attentive to my needs. The attention to detail in the rooms was also impressive, with beautiful balconies that offered a wonderful view to the main plaza. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised to find that breakfast was included in the room rate. It was a great way to start each day of my trip. All in all, this hotel provided a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend it.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of a charming colonial city and it was a great experience. the location was perfect, right in the historic district and within walking distance of the main plaza. It was so convenient to explore the city's attractions and dine at the fantastic restaurants nearby. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly Julia at the front desk. She went above and beyond to assist me with a reservation issue and her warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel valued as a guest. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, and I loved having a balcony with a wonderful view of the main plaza. It was a great spot to relax and take in the vibrant atmosphere of the city. The hotel also included breakfast, which was a nice touch and added to the overall value for money.
